350$$ is my budget i need a good sql sub, i think fi or ssa is a very good quality sub but i know other brand can be realy good to!

 
Yes but i think with my power (solid 725rms at 2ohms) a gcon will be very great but what do you think about gcin vs sundonwn sa-10?

Haven't heard either. I imagine, it'll probably just depend on the box size and tuning as to which suits you better.

 
This is for my boat and i don't know how build the box because of the location of the sub but i want my box ported and tune at the right place i can send pic of the place for the sub and pay for box desing !

Boat would be entirely different as I imagine their inherent resonance is way different than that of a car. Waiting for someone else to chime in...

The Kappa's have a high sensitivity rating of 93 db so the X802-5 would be fine. A good high sensitivity 8" sub in a properly sized box would fit...
