I don't think that's a neo, iirc PSI used an older audiobahn(?) ferrite motor that had columns like that

 
its not a neo motor. its a audiobahn 08x motor. and the audiobahn 1508x was a beast. im sure this has its milk.... and this sub looks much better. psi does great work
