I still have to sand and paint one more time but it looks better in person...you can see your reflection in it...

Care to share how you did it.
THIS

I see a lot of people posting their fancy boxes but nobody wants to post up a guide on how to do it //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

I really have no problem sharing. Sanding is key...

start by filling all voids this finish will show even the smallest imperfection.

sand w/ 100 grit to smooth all the bondo.

sand w/ 120

sand w/ 150

sand w/ 220

sand w/ 800

primer coat "black"

sand w/ 800

1st coat "black"

sand w/ 800

2nd coat

sand w/ 800

3rd coat

sand w/ 800

final coat..

I do all my sanding w/ an orbital sander so it takes alot of the work out of this. I couldnt imagine how difficult this would be without it...

I also have a greco spray setup and spray booth so that helps...using sherwin williams paint. will prob finish w/ a clear topcoat after logos go on...

Awesome, what kind of paint/primer did you use?

What would be your cost savings per unit having your coils wound in aluminum instead of copper? Can you quantify the efficiency (or dB) gains...
