i have an mtx amp, and it has a port for a level knob on it. well i pinched the wire and now it doesnt work, where would i get a new one from? the connection is similar to a headphone jack not the telephone type. id rather replace it like this than using a rca style universal one if i can thnx-

How accurate is the clipping light on the bass knob
I would assume they are pretty accurate as long as they are directly tied into the clip circuit on the amp. Having said that, the signal traveling...
