ZX850.4 and Pro Audio Speakers? Advice needed

I'd like to run 4 B&C 8PS21 (8ohm) 8"s with 4 Selenium D2500 1" horns

I have a Memphis 300/4, and Kicker 850.4. The kicker does 425 x 2 @ 4ohm bridged. Memphis does 230x2 @ 4ohm.

2 B&C 8"s per channel on the kicker would give them adequate power (210w ea), and the horns would be getting about 115w each.

Should I change my Kicker 850.4 for a higher quality amp in the interest of SQ?

Secondly, the B&C 8PS21 is only $100 vs the $155 for the B&C 8NW51. Anyone with experience with B&C please voice your opinion on the difference between the two.
