Pretty well, I would guess. Thats a nice amp, not sure of the value though.

The ZX350 is rated at 400 x 1 @ a ohms, but I've seen reports of them doing 500 at 4 ohms. those Kickers are 250 wrms each and two would need 500, so I'd say it's a good match. I've seen the ZX350 sell on ebay for anywhere from 150 -225.
