I love my Ipod touch, i download shit for free from frostwire, i have my touch jailbroken and that is awesome.

Go with the touch and you wont be disappointed.

Can you download digital copy movies directly to the zune like the ipod? I know you use to have to convert the movies first

You might want to also look into the archos android media tablet. seems interesting. I was considering this or the touch. Still a toss up for me. I might also look into the zune. havent gave that much thought.

Like someone said up a few if you are really interested in wasting a ton of cash on the aftermarket then you might aswell waste it on an iPod to.

Zune is just much better IMO, just way less aftermarket and it's much harder to come across. Up here it is anyways.

Zune is a better unit, but is not as compatible with aftermarket stuff. Itunes does **** balls, but with a jailbroken ipod touch you don't need to use itunes. If zune was more widely compatible thats what I would have gotten.

I got a zune HD and zune 120, and they both sound sweet in car hooked up, but the volts on both zunes are 5volts so I am thinking that is why my amps are shutting off at high volumes. I had an 80 gb ipod classic and I got rid of it and when for zune and never went back to the ipod even for touch. The touches are overrated. Itunes sucks like everyone else said before.

Does touches have bluetooth? If they don't then that question about zune hd having it is stupid. Even if it does bluetooth really is more for mobile phone and touches are not that. It would be wasteful to have bluetooth that does not get used much anyways. BTW no zune HD does not have that it has WI FI. I still would keep my zune HD over the touch better sound quality.
