I know the differences as far as function, but i am curious about SQ differences. I will be running this with my 880prs. Will using the Zune through Aux port sound better/worse/same than the ipod through the Pioneer adapter? And if there is another better choice for this application, please state.
I figured if they both were aux or both were ipod adapter the difference would probably be negligible. I wasn't sure if one connection was superior to the other as far as sound goes.
I would be forced to assume that the direct connect via usb would yield better sound quality because you don't have to deal with running through the amp in the device. As to how much difference there is, I don't know.
