there is a reason why they are rated like that, besides any buffoon that looks at rms ratings on an amp as a determining factor needs their head checked.

imho it's just as bad as Boss over rating their amps.

What is the reason to putting senseless numbers for the ratings?

I hear ya...awhile back,i got 2 of these for 450 shipped,but i sold both of those..really liked them.so i bought this one.i need a 6 ch.,or wanting i should say.i have a 3way front stage and want them to be powered by the same amp.
