zapco from woofersect..?

zapco has a warning posted on their site -

i understand that they dont come with a warranty - but are they at least real? lol or like 10 years old?

As far as I know Zapco only recently started selling component speakers and subs.

I do know they're made in Italy and are supposed to be excellent speakers.

They're real, but not backed by Zapco. The amps have known to come with serial numbers scratched off. This doesn't mean they're fake but sounds like a dealer trying to cover his *** and doesn't want to have Zapco drop him if they find out he's selling them to an online seller.
