It's sad, but you shouldn't let your personal problems affect your business obligations. How would you feel if you ordered something and "XXXX" business said they were having personal problems and couldn't get you your order, or simply neglected to even work things out? You'd be pretty pissed. I've seen people on here complaining because a certain company didn't get them a product within 5 days. Not saying this man isn't communicating with them, but obviously they wouldn't be complaining if he held up his end of the bargain.

First off, he isn't a "business", he's one person. If someone at a business is having personal problems, they take the day off, and the other people at the business do the work.

Second, he's going through some really tough sh*t right now. Its a lot more than just his wife leaving him.
