Yup...another which amp question

I am going to power both sets of my 6.5 components. They are rated at 60 RMS.

Questions..... 1. Why is the Eclpsie 60x4 RMS class D amp so cheap? All the other class D amps I see are MUCH more expensive.

2. I am between the Pioneer GM-6400F, the Kenwood KAC-8404, and the Alpine MRP-F300.

Hopefully that tells you my price range and what I am looking for. I would love opinions on those, or others that I have not heard of because I need education on these things.
