That's a 94 Caprice with 95/96 side mirrors, Impala grille, trim delete, blacked out chrome, and rims. It's a little hard to see the dash, but I'd put money on it that it's a 94 and definitely not an Impala. I know my B-bodies.

EDIT: I forgot to mention it also has clear corner lamps, just like my car.
