It would be the peak db for the enclosure he was using, at a higher freq, yet it would yield lower results on the meter than with another enclosure that peaked at a lower Freq.
Meaning his loudest frequency changed.

146 on the dash in a trunk car (with the car off and only 1 battery) is pretty darn good if you ask me.
I only do DB Drag Street B(1 battery engine off, mic on the dash, car sealed up). I have never tested for anything else. I do have a TL though, maybe I will try some other formats next week. We have done alot of diffrent vent configs with diffrent tuning and area. I need to build a larger box that will allow a larger port area with the same tuning I have now. I think I would like 100 square inches at 51hz. But the box will have to be alot larger to accomadate the port length. I believe 2 MT12s and 4 MM3000.1s at .7 each would yield close to a 150 with my current enclosure though.
