Your db Numbers!

Years ago I remember audio shops giving guys bogus numbers to make their heads swell thinking they had a stronger system than they really had. same guys would show up for competitions and score no where near as high...

the BS factor could possibly not be on his end //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Im calling bs based on what you posted.

The current WORLD RECORD in SS no wall is a 161.1 and that is a finish dude too. The loudest American in no wall is William Collier with a 159.9.

You mean you were on the AC or old TL or were metering outlaw....

i lost .3 db's and i doubled my watts:confused: could it of been the other audiocontrol mic was more sensitive???
Welcome to the bliss that is the AC.... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/mad.gif.c18f003ab0ef8a0d9c27ca78d77a6392.gif

I soo hate all AC mics. They are inconsistent as hell.

Any body else smell that...
No, but I can tell you that the meter he was on, I'd probably be in the high 160s to low 170s if that tells you anything about it's accuracy. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

All in one day.

On sat am I was the first to run hitting a 153.6 on the New AC, in disbelief I jumped on my TL and did a 150.9, so the AC was being a ***** again. (go figure) I then drove 2hrs to gainesville to compete at a local show. Did the 155.8 on the classic TL and was loudest of show. Came back to slamfest on sunday to pick up my 1st place trophy - I won by over 9dB!

yeah I smelled it and asked if it was on a radioshack mic //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/banghead.gif.8606515f668c74f6de0281deb475b6fd.gif
