Since you do now have a say in what he did, what do you think about it? And do you support him still being a mod since he literally commited a federal crime?

As far as being removed from his Mod position, I think that is up to Goob to decide since its his forum.
As for the money, I don't think there was any malice intended and I believe he had/has every intention of paying everyone back. I have dealt with Mike several times and would lend him money since I believe he is a good guy. If I had the money to bail him out and make him good on what he owes I would in a heartbeat. You know the sayings "when it rains, it pours". I believe it applies to people like Mike, Disturbed, and some others. If it wasn't for bad luck, these guys, whether it is their fault or not, wouldn't have any luck at all.

Nah.....yes good people fall on hard times. It is still not right to drag others down because of your misfortune/stupidity.
Anyone can get a second or third job to make ends meet. If not, declare bankruptcy, keep your job and start over. Don't ruin your integrity or your name, and don't pull fast ones on other people who are honest.

I'm not saying I agree or disagree, just stating that while the intent was good the planning may have ******. I have no dog in this fight either way. Money was loaned and money is owed. If they can get it worked out great, if not the people who are shorted should follow the proper channels. As I stated already Mikes a Mod and Goobs the owner, how things proceed is up to them. I was asked my feelings and gave them.
