Only a deranged person would think this is funny.

everyone finds amusement in their own ways.

Spending time working in Aceh, even just a few months after the Tsunami, when body cleanup was still underway, I witnessed some, if not many “entrepreneurs” began disturbing the relief effort (although a mismanaged effort) and began making a tourist attraction out of the greatest humanitarian disaster the "modern" world has ever experienced.

Unbelievably , many made an industry of TSUNAMI t-shirts, souvenirs, etc… some of them actually showing scans of people dying in the flood.

This was a unique situation, however, goes to show that some find human suffering to be a profitable industry.

Don’t want to create sparks but…. Isn’t that what modern (cnn, abc, cbs, bbc, skynews, etc,,) sells???

Exactly my point. Let's be honest about our culture and the fact that tragedy is marketable. We put this chick with 200 pound legs in an article with undertones of "Awww look at her suffering :(" but the only reason that is an article is because of the "freak show appeal".
