I was bored tonight so I was ****in around with my Treo tsx 75.2 which is only a "150" w rms amp that retails for about 300$...anyway, it supposedly does about 350rms bridged at 4ohm, so I wanted to see what would happen at 1ohm. I wired my ssi15.22 at 1ohm to it to experiment. I knocked it at full tilt for about 30 min and it didnt even get warm. I have no clue what it was pushin at 1ohm, but Im guessin about 500rms, as it was moving my 15 pretty **** well. Not bad for a 2channel that is only stable at 4ohm bridged...Im not advising running this amp, or any 2 channel for that matter, at 1ohm, but merely stating that you get what you pay for. Many people on this site feel that Treo is too expensive, and it is, but every Treo product I have owned has VASTLY outperformed its "rated specs"..you get what u pay for

then rate that shit at 1ohm because if i'm paying for my wattage, i want to use all of it
lol

Shit son, I have been using my home theater amp, which uses an 8 ohm 6.5" sub from the factory, bridged down to 1 ohm to test my Omega free air. Top that. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif

lulz. i did the same with a punch 50x2 4 ohm stable bridged+ 200 watts. I ran it at 1ohm on a kicker L5 15 for a while until this little amp cooked my alternator!lol not very efficient at 1 ohm but it pounded out atleast 400-450 rms im sure, never missed a beat, wish i had that one back!.

^ lol, the only reason im doing it is too get alot of power out of a low fuse to stay in the lowest class...if it plays why not do it? I dont run it at 1ohm all the time, i keep it at 4ohm for daily, but for competing Ill drop it down to 1ohm for a few seconds and see about 500rms
