You Can Call Me Geico...

preference between 2 or 4 door? sporty or practical?
I have no preference between number of doors...but I would probably want back seats. I'd also want it to be at least a little sporty...perhaps a sporty practicality?//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

I like how many are pitching their own cars to me...thats awesome.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Ok...so far, I think I can warm up to a VW (the sedan/coupe type), Audi, or an Acura.

mazda 3 would be sweet..

chevy colbalt

ummm....dodge neon , though i really don't like them..

aren't there three different scions?? xA,xB and tC? or whatever..

saturn sc2..or whatever it's called..

saturn SL2 - 32MPG a 2001 can be had for 5,000 - standards are really fun to drive.

any dent\crack\ can be replace\fixed by yourself (like i am doing) for under a few hundred, they are wicked dent resistant. from what i know about saturns, as long as you do regular oil changes, they will last over 250k miles.

pretty sporty lookin too.

the saturn SC2's have more mods tho.

this is a 1996-1999 SL

last but not least, trunk room is not at a premium. the trunks go all the way to the sides of the car - there is MAD space back there. i was literally laying in my trunk with my legs dangling out from the knees down and not in the cabin yet.

if i fold the seats down and put a board in the base of the trunk, i could sleep comfertablly. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Well, I tried... I thought I was "stuck" with my Crown Vic but it grew on me. Would suggest one to anybody. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Though that doesn't say much that I just went "Porcshe" as it says in my sig...

If anything, a Jetta or a Golf with the VR6 motor are going to be awesome cars. Jettas last a long time, (though not as long as the old ones) and Golf has all that room for big setups.

I wouldn't touch a Scion, or an Audi. Scion: popular cars for gay people around here, and they look stupid... Audi, REDICULOUS repair bills.

THe Subaru WRX is tempting (or would be for me) but if you find one cheaper some litte ***** *** teen probably blew his college fund to buy it, ***** it, and then had to sell it because he cant pay the insurance because he's on unemployment.

I have no knowelge or seen anything about Mazda 3's.

I think you should get a ( Police Package Crown Victoriaolder or newer, between 1998 and present). Hands down.
Dependable, for the most part. I couldn't compliain about my '94 at all. And the numerous upgrades (electric fan, better interior, better exterior, 140 amp alt stock) that the 2001 will have make it a much better car than my '94. THey look awesome in silver, black and the rare (ish) metallic blue. White, meh.. give or take...

They drive smoothly, are easy to work on, to install in, and are RARING for any kind of upgrades you can think of, save for HP mods over 150 horse... In which you need diff connecting rods and crankshaft. You can tighten up the steering with a modified mustang bushing/shock kit, as some don't like the loose steering after they have been driving smaller cars.

The reasons why I would choose a Crown Vic over many other cars:

You look like a cop, so nobody messes with you.

Cheap to obtain.

You can fit retardedly large sub boxes in the trunk. Upwards of 8-10 cubes.

They have stock dual exhaust which sounds extremely awesome if straightpiped, given you leave the catalytic converters on. To much backfiring w/o.

140+ mph stock.

Well sound deadened (in the cabin) from the start.

A backseat "you can get laid in." Though I never tried mine out...

Double DIN stereo mounting hole for that nice graphic eq you've always dreamed of but never could fit.

Gobs of aftermarket made to fit cop gear that is friggin sweet and for the most part legal (cages to restrain people in backseat{

I'm sorry for the long post, but if I had the cash, this is what I would roll in. WITHOUT QUESTION. I know you prolly like Chevy... And want a small car, it sounds like, but all I can say is:

Crown Vics are the teh best.
9C1 > Clown Dic

that tc is sweet...

and i second the stratus r/t too....nice looking cars..

drove my brother's tC today. pretty fun ride, but the car is too small for me. comfort factor isnt that great, i enjoyed my rsx's interior way more. however, just go sit in all the cars for urself.
