so my compents arrived in winnipeg on saturday or sunday, so when i got up this morning i checked the tracking on the package and it is now back down in the states WTF it was in winnipeg 30 minutes away from me, why the h3ll would it go back into the states. what a joke!!!!

I think you will be just fine to be honest. Id run it and check it after hammering on it quite a bit and check the temp on the wire by hand to see...
