Yet another Type R question.

Right now I have two 12' rockford fostgate punch p3 and a Viper 1200.1 amp . I keep hearing all of these good things about the Alpine type R subs . SHould I sell my subs and get me a pair of Type R. Is their spl better than the punch P3. I like both spl and sq. will they get louder. My last question what size do u guys recommend in my 95 integra the 12' or 15's ? thanks for all the feedback.

The R's will definitely sound louder and better and with that kind of power you should get 12's

I dont know if they will have better SQ than the P3's, but I bet they will be louder in a nice big ported box.

Fairly large XMAX difference going to the R-Types, P3s aren't exactly good sound quality subs... I have one (see avatar).
