sad....when people go off trails they should be sure that there is no danger...happens quite a bit in lake tahoe, CA too....

i do too. this is my 3rd year snowboarding....im actually starting to get really good on jumps. i used to ski before and after 1 year of skiing i was really good at jumps. It took me a year of snowbaording to get really good at just going down the hill. Snowboarding is a lot harder then skiing.
