last time i bought a yt and was in autozone they are $160-170 so depending on how old it is you got a real nice deal... i'm about to get rid of both of mine, time to up the amperage...

I was hella suprised! He got it from a friend whose ****** went out. It was just sittin under his hood and he was lookin to get rid of it.. He said its legit and I believe him..
Should I run this as my main battery or as an extra in the back? I plan on getting the 4kw soon and I know I will need more help than that in the electrical dept.. There are a few guys locally that can do Altys and I plan on doin That next month... And depending on If another guy can come thru I may be getting a Kinetic on the Cheap

one yellow top and a stock alt will not be enough for a 4kw. i'd use the yt as a starter and put a hc2400 in the trunk...

yeah probably, i ran about ~1500+ to mine daily and they were fine as long as i didn't play below tuning...

Yezzir.. So you would still do YT up front Kintetic in back? what about for now, since I only have my everstart up front and I can put the YT in back? I am gonna try to get a 200amp alty soon.. Is there no way to do dual alternators? I have seen it done but have no clue how to do it myself

yaaaaaa. definitly right about that. i have a d34 YT (and awaiting my g31 for the trunk this week) with a 220amp alty, 3 pos and 3 neg runs of 1/0 from the alty to bat and 1 pos 1 neg runs to the mojo 4kw in the trunk and my shit still dips below 12 pretty quickly. if i play it too long the voltage will surely get lower...but as much as id love this amp to be a paper weight i go easy on it. cant wait to get my trunk bat and all 6 runs front to back in. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
