140-150 sq inches of port.

Orion2500d @ either .5 or 2 ohms...im undecided.

****, thats quite a bit of port area. Sounds like a nice plan so far.

Id personally just leave it at 2 ohms, 850rms (give or take) is plenty for a Brahma to get loud. Regardless im sure your still going to try .5ohm lol but 2 would probably be perfect for daily usage.

I had mine in a 3.5 box @ 28hz had 1100rms & 400rms going at it for a while. Even with 400rms it still got plenty loud. With 1100 it was enough to make my vision wobbly on certain notes & this was in a trunked car using something like 22 sq.in port area. 800 should have been perfect IMO (along with more port area)

Comparing this to what your going to be doing, yours should be very loud to say the least.
