insurance for a 16 year old with there own 2002 car has to be a *****. since it isn't financed you don't NEED full coverage but still it would be dumb not to.

i was very glad i got full coverage on my 02, when it got totaled and replaced i simply sold it back to my dad drove my old car and now what i had down on it is going towards my grad school
