Yay UPS

well that sucks to see that. i can't get a replacement piece. i will have to warranty the whole thing, which is not a problem. you can get a piece of plastic and make yourself a new one to save the time of shipping. and if you do make your own piece and there's something else wrong, i will NOT call it a "voided warranty". it will still be taken care of.

if u do want a replacement.....remove the tensil best u can with a oldering gun to try and keep the length of tensil the same....then resolder the tensils back to new part....not hard at all man...buy a $20 - 900 degree F soldering gun (or find a friend who has one) and do it up. hell u can buy the sodlering iron from home depot and return it for a refund the next day if u want to lol. avoid the butane powered ones, they dont get hot enough for the type of solder used on speakers and amp boards that ive encountered.

interesting, i just saw this right now. i ordered the sscs6 a while back and the same exact thing happened to mine, i just sent it back.
