But notice what was said in the ruling.

Intelligent design is not science or a scientific theory, and therefore should not be taught in science class.

That's the main thing. ID is not, and never will be, science or a scientific theory and hence has no place in science cirriculum

Evolution has more scientific evidence in its corner. That is why its is called a theory, not a law.

Furthermore, just because something is a theory doesn't necessarily make it junk. For instance, most people have used Pythagorum theory.

Wrong. Evolution can provide us a hypthosesis that is testable and repeatable, and can be used to predict the future outcome of events.

ID & Creationism can not, and hence ARE NOT science, but a belief.

.....nothing is science til its proven and none of these can be that.

Science doesn't attempt to "prove" anything. It attempts to accurately model the universe around us. It provides us theories that are testable and repeatable via the scientific method and can be used to predict the outcome of future events. Evolution can be tested under the scientific method and can be used to predict the outcome of future experiments, and hence IS science.

I went to a private high school, so we never got any sort of debate going from federally-mandated curriculum.

ID is a joke, and I'm glad a judge saw it for what it's worth.

I don't care what you believe; it's when you try to pass it off to an entire generation as credible fact...I have a problem with that.
