what about putting 600 watts to a 12"XXX, will that push it well enough till I can get a bigger amp? or should I just splerge and get the amp too?

I ran a RE35.1D on it,it did good. The planet Audio2250 did even better though. It took a planet 2250 daily with no problems. With 600 watts you won't get full potential out of it. 600 watts doesnt reallyget the full potential out of an SE much less a XXX. Just my opinion.

Dude, you already have the amp just give it shot. You really don't have anything to lose. Just don't sent it a clipping signal and you should be fine.
