I have 2 xtant x series amplifiers. Brand new never used both still with the protective white covers on them so the chrome is in perfect condition. No Scratches or Marks!

is that x1001 new? it looks like the cover is mangled on the one corner. can you post more pics?

The x1001 is brand new. It has never been used or installed. The protective cover is getting a little worn just from being handled over the years. As these amps were manufactured back in like 2001 when xtant was once the best amps money could buy. Since then they were bought out by mitek which is not nearly the same level as xtant was when these amps were made. I will post some pics of the x1001 from my digital camera. As i said this picture is from a camera phone and is not as good a quality.

What's the fusing on the 604? What's the warranty status?

A 120 amp fuse should be used.

The 4 year warranty that came with these amps is no longer valid since they were manufactured in 01'. If properly installed there will be no issue. These things run forever.

Speedfreak28 you had mentioned that the corner of the x1001 looked mangled and asked for more pics. Well here you go. The corner just looked like that in that picture do to the poor camera quality and the shadow.

Here you can see that the protective cover is just peeling off.
