Hey guys,
I have an Xtant 603. I have check voltage all the way to the amp and have 14 volts to both power and remote. Once I place the battery line into the amp and test it from the screw it drops to 3 volts. The remote wire is still at 14.
The amp has worked it was a professional install. I have noticed that it'll cut out every now and then sometimes even for days. Last week it went down I check everything including head unit connections, and it hasn't worked since.
My system is Pioneer AVIC-N1 Head unit nothing but line in attached to the brain at this time (ipod). Memphis 6" in the back doors are coming off the stereo. The Amp is powering a Set of JBL componets 5 1/2" front door and an older XTANT 10" for sub.
I have talked to tech support for Xtant he thought my amp just went finally. They want $150 to fix. I like the amp, but not sure if it being gone for a couple weeks for a fix and $150 later if it's worth the hassle.
If anyone has ideas please hit me up palmerrider at comcast dot net or post here.
Thanks apperciate the help,
Don
