I'm down. i decided to order the components and crossovers yesterday first so I can get that set up first, then this friday when i get paid let me order a 12.
and as far as the sa v.s the xfl they always get similar reviews from all the places I've looked at and that says alot more for the sa than the xfl. but when i comes down to it, the fact that the voice coils are different sizes like naughtyca said i'd rather go with the bigger one. cus bigger is always better...

yea cool ,and i dont see a sa sub taking 1600-2000 rms while a xfl can

I have sold and installed several XFL setups......Every one of them sounded great and got plenty loud.......You can't go with an XFL especially in that price range for a NEW sub......

Lol I just don't know what I want to do lol. I will. I was def going to get the cdts then the cdt62 set you told me about was too good to pass. Then for my sub I just decided to go with splaudio lol. Next time I switch it up I will def get from u lol. May do something with those vlf 8s

the vfls are actually pretty nice . i ran 4 in my box ,they got pretty loud for 8's but i really had nothing to compare them to as well.then i sold 2 last week and sealed up the other 2 holes and running the other 2 in the same box. not as loud but they hit a lot deeper now

that will completely depend on your build 4 8's are the same cone area as the 2 12's .but since the 12's are larger and the resonance frequency is lower on the 12s they will hit lower .but the 8's may sound a bit better .
