By no means is this a honest to god, number to number test... i didn't have any testing equipment other than my dmm, eyes and ears. We set the gain using the dmm and a -3 db test tone and simply did a drop in test with the same sub, box, and car. The zx was benched at 912 volts and the xenon somewhere around 800. Stock elec.

Now for the unofficial review: The ZX appeared to push the sub significantly harder even though their ratings are only a 100 watts apart, and seemed to get louder as a result. The SQ difference was minimal if audible because i couldn't hear much of a difference (same song, etc.)

I was just wondering if anyone else has compared the two before or has seen similar results?
