xbox live connection issues

well i opened the ports and will see if they made a difference when i play in a ittle bit.

reset the modem, get a "fresh" connection

do you comp game at all? Noticing same issues? Since you have two devices on the same LAN you have a simple way to discern whether its at the LAN/WAN level or if its just xbox specific. Cut down the scope of your troubleshooting yo.

Also try a constant ping of google and see if you get a lot of dropped packets. I've had 2 cable modems start crapping out on me in the past.
