I really don't think any of them have anything to worry about, Sony still has enough big time exclusives to sell PS3s to people who want those games, Microsoft is in the same boat there and Nintendo has the strongest 1st party line of games of any of them, plus they have the ease of use of the Wii in their corner. I don't think any of them will fail, they are all already more successful than the Dreamcast was, lol.

In an a interview with MTV Microsoft's head of Xbox Don Mattrick confirmed that Bungie is working on a new Halo title. Mattrick told MTV that Bungie's next title wasn't revealed because Microsoft felt they had enough content and excitement surrounding its other announcements..

Live. Nuff said. If Sony wants the PS3 or any future console to truly be viable, they need to overhaul that horrible thing they call the PSN. My brother just got a PS3/MGS4 combo and I was impressed by the graphics, but not by the loading screens. WTH Sony? BluRay and a few key titles are the only things keeping the PS3 afloat. Oh yea, the music visualizers are cooler, too.

That's not Bungie's Game, that's from a different Developer, Bungie if this Confirmation is true from Don Mattrick they are working on new Halo game...NOT Halo Wars, or

the peter jackson Halo project, completely different, probably Halo 4.

It's going to be an interesting couple years. Nintendo may be waiting for another show to announce new projects. The Tokyo Game Show is a pretty big deal to them, so we may see something there. Nintendo hasn't had this kind of runaway success since the SNES. No way they're going to dick around and lose it now. They're finally getting third parties interested, that aren't just producing garbage like the Gamecube and N64 got.

The best route is to own them all. No need to worry then.

oh and as soon as GOW2 and halo 4 come out, sony wont have a hope in the world of winning this console war, not to mention all the other things that Microsoft has like fable, and forza. also the new live is incredible considering all the things you can do, like HD movies, music vids,tv shows, complete expansion packs as DL content, and one of the most successful parts; the xbox live arcade.

i have to admit GoW2 looks crazy. I think Sony kind of jumped the gun, i'm not PS3 expert but it seemed like their biggest game this year was Metal Gear Solid 4, and come November it have faded, leaving the Holiday bonanza up to Gears of War 2.

Shoot, add in Halo 4 (which will come. Laugh if you don't think MS is going to milk every single penny out of the Halo series), Mass Effect 2, which still remains to be seen as a 360 exclusive or not...

Plenty of games coming out with for the Xbox. Just in time for them to release that motion sensitive controller i think....

I almost bought the PS3 for MSG4 and GT5...I kind of wished MS payed to get MSG4 instead of Final Fantasy...although I know that is a huge game to get. Sony would be ruined if they got MSG4 now. They can't afford to lose any more exlclusives. GTA was huge!

just wait until the 360 starts doing video podcast like things for developers. I think Im going to really like this HD game thing. Definately going to pick up the 120 gigger and put my faves on their. Nothing like a non-jet noise experience!

heh... do you actually get 1080P quality through streaming on the 360? If so I can go out and buy a 360 then, I really have no loyalty to the consoles.

Gaming on consoles = fail anyway that is what my PC is for.

Maybe I missed it, I was reading about the partnership with Netflix. I couldn't find any info on the quality of the stream/download they will have for movies.

I can pretty much guarantee it won't be any thing close to the quality of a bluray disc.

I just recently purchased a PS3, and F, bluray is night & day over DVD video. On a nice display, it will look amazing. High end Panasonic Plasmas FTW
