its not sarcasm. denim said cross a sub at 75/80hz u wont hear enough distortion to care.
someone else said blind fold test, 2 subs one low distortion, the other just ur every day sub, u wont hear a difference.
Then I think you are taking their comments too literal, or they were a bit over zealous in making their points. If you couldn't hear distortion in a sub, then we wouldnt be having this discussion about how BL optimized drivers sound different than traditional topologies.

I was just trying to make a joke by making it seem like the "nice" thing to do would have been to edit my post for me...I know, pretty lame. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif
Yeah, I know, just stating that I don't edit inline, just jokingly in a reply quote. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

I love XBL^2 and LMS tech, you can definitely tell a difference. There are still standard overhung woofers than can and do sound very nice with the correct use of rings/sleeves/etc in the motors.
