Dumb, just plain dumb. Better change your phone number lady.....'cuz you will have new friends. IF...I ever win something that large of an amount, I would want to remain anonymous as much as possible. The fact that some states REQUIRE to be televised or even shown on tv, news, media, etc is just plain ridiculous and setting people up for future failings over the winning lottery. I will GLADLY pay to not have my face show, or name released.
