will this amp> http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_6522.html be good to push a 15" kicker L5 ...i might wire the 2ohm sub at 1 ohm...or just leave the sub at 2ohms because i dont think you can use just 2 terminals on the amp you need to use all 4 right??..what do you guys think??

That amplifier is a single channel amp, meaning there is only one + terminal and one - terminal. Wiring your L5 to 1 ohm will be just fine.

1200 rms at 1 ohm that means 2400 watts to ur 1500 watt sub

A lot of car audio monoblocks have two sets of terminals (including that one), but they're connected internally anyway so it doesn't matter which ones you use.

I agree, KidThump's reply made absolutely no sense whatsoever.

That amp should work fine...although 1.2kW is a bit optimistic.

so i can wire it to 1 ohm = 1200 watts instead of 900 watts witch means more power....why whats wrong with the set-up with using 2 terminals?

That amp will be fine. IIRC those amps are mildly overrated, so you'd probably be looking somewhere around 1000w rms. Still for the L5 kicker that is still okay. The 15" L5 is rated for 750w, but it will take the 1000, even the 1200 if the amp can do it, with no problems.
