honestly i am looking more for something that i can text with 1 hand, the phone i have now i have to turn on the side and its a pain in the *** for me. but ill keep you in mind. do you know if you need to have internet on your phone to send and recieve picture mail? is the g1 unlocked?
Its funny that you would say that. The phone can be unlocked and I am the mana when it comes to flashing the ROM on a smartphone. I can unlock it and load an OS that has on onscreen keyboard. Just like my G1. I have the HTC Hero/Jesusfreke mod on my G1. I like to text and drive cuz I'm irresponsible. Lol.
o....and no u dont need a data plan to get pic messages. the phone has the capability to do it on its own(versus the iphone) lol
and u dont have to turn it sideways

if you can send me some pictures of it, with the keyboard(on the screen) and what not if you dont mind. and do you have a way to get it unlocked? i know with the tilt i just had, all i had to do was call up att and they gave me the unlock code.

yeah thats no prob. im at work right now but i can when i get back to my hotel room. and it is a custom ROM that this guy made on xda-developers.com
and the ROM i have automatically unlocks the phone. no need to call tmobile and unlock it

cool ill check them out, just send me some pictures of it when you get home. how does it send picture mail without the web? i guess im just stupid, but seems like alot of the smart phones require the web for this like the iphone and BB. but get back at me when you can, just wanna see how big the keys are on the screen for the qwerty. thanks bro
