Well for both of those uses the DSP3k is still a pretty good option. Clip limiting, phase adjustment, and a 1 band EQ are nice features to have. And it plays flat down to 8hz. You could always just get a new sub and wire the amp to 2 ohm if it's too much power for you.It's the sub and box mostly...like I said I'd like to try a sq or sql setup
