WTT: SQ Oriented 12" for my headunit

I'm looking to get about $115 for my Eclipse CD3000. That is about the price range of some subs I have had my eye on. Has to be 2 ohm, amp puts out a little over 300 watts.

I was particularly interested in a Phoenix Gold RSd12D.

Already trying to sell the headunit, but would be interested in a trade.

If you are interested I have a nice sq 10" for sale. Image dynamics id10v3 dual 2 ohm. Rms is 350 watts. It is brand new in the box I am asking $120. not looking for trades though.
