wtt for home theater

i'm looking for a decent cd receiver and sub amp.

as far as the receiver goes, i'm looking for something that does decent power at 4 ohms for the satellites and at least 3 rca inputs. i really don't care if it has the ability to do surround, but i'll consider it a bonus.

i am also looking for a plate amp (or other ht sub amp)that will do decent power and is stable at 2 ohms. plate amps preferably

i have to trade:

a bnib ed nine.2 with roughly 4 years left on warranty

a bnib nine.2x with roughly 4 years left on warranty

a pair of phoenix gold tantrum 8" subs single 4 ohm

a bnib phoenix gold tx406 3 way active crossover

the only other things i will accept as trades would be 1 or 2 aura rpm stage II 2300 amps
