Alright King_corral made a post about Homies and it got me thinking. I dug out my collection and here it is:

1. Product:

An almost complete entire set of Pokemon Cards and miscellaneous Baseball, Hockey, Basketball cards.

2. Specs:

The downloadable list that includes everything from card set, weather or not its a holo card, or if its a promo card and the edition of the card.

Requires Office '07. If you need it in another format let me know.

3. Description/Condition:

Every card is like new

4. Price: :

$500

Im willing to trade for some 8's, amps, batteries, or other stuff. PM me what you have. You never know unless you ask. It would be a plus to pick up a few 8's and a battery off the same person.

I know Ill never get $500 on a CA forum for some cards, but thats what this stuff is worth. Trade and turn and make a profit.

Similar smaller sets go for $600 on eBay without all the limited edition and limited production promo cards

Michael Cobb Misprint. Notice the number on the jersey is an 89, but the number on the card is 87. He also signed it. 100% authentic.

Thanks. Ive seen a few sets like this in the last month or so go for about $2000 on eBay.

To be honest Ive got cards that they only released a few of that you cant find anywhere else any more so I cant even get an idea of what they are worth. Ive got about 5-6 limited edition, mint condition, Nintendo Power Promo cards from about 10 years ago.

I just dont need, car audio > cards and I need to down size and have no cash. Im willing to take a loss on the cards to get the equipment I want so my wife will shut up.

Doesn't matter how old I get, I still love the classic Pokemon cards/games...

That's a nice collection though, lots of the good classic cards from back when there was only the original 151 and not like 20 different sets and 1000 different pokemon...just got too complicated, they came out with a new set every 6 months and I couldn't keep up, lol. Looking at those cards reminds me of the good old days, I wish I never sold mine...

Yeah, it's hard to assign a value to nostalgic items, to the right person you could easily get what your asking for...but I doubt theres very many people like that on here, lol. If I had something to trade you, I probably would...but alas, I have no 8's, HU's, or batteries lying around (I do have a couple beat up JL10W0's though!)

I figured as much, but it doesnt hurt to try. If I sold on eBay Id get shafted by eBay fees and Paypal fees and by time I actually shipped it to some guy in Japan Id be paying more than I was making.

Nope. I have a Dark Charizard from the team rocket set and its a holographic card. The first edition Charizard Holos are going for $50 a piece on eBay.

Ill also toss in the football, baseball, basketball, hockey cards I have too. Ive got a Michael Cobb card thats misprinted and signed by him. Ive had it since the 7th grade when he came to my middle school.
