Sold (WTT) AQ2200d for AQ1200d plus a lil extra from you LOL!! Asking price is $600

Needing to trade my AQ2200d for a AQ1200d plus some cash or other equipment I may need. Amp is less then 9months old with less then 9 Hours total playtime. Exterior is mint not a scratch to be found. Amp was ran at a 2ohm load powering a DD2510 at 1/3 gains. I do have the bass knob and it will be included. Amp was on the bench less then 3 weeks ago at Audio Edge In Sport, La. after 45 mins it was still laughing at us. Amp produced 2513watts @ 1ohm with an avg of 14.7volts. I will give buyer/trader 48 hours from the day it hits ur door to get it inspected. Inspection must be done by legit shop with proof of failure/issue. What I expect as a trade: AQ1200d must have bass knob, must be less then a year old. Some scratches on case are ok but no trashed cases. You must be the original owner (I may ask to see invoice just to scare off any lyers). Along with ur AQ1200d I would require cash on your end or if you happen to have a battery or HU your looking at selling I would rather make a deal on the battery or HU instead of you giving me cash. Depening on what Battery or HU you have to offer as part of the trade I can and will add cash on my end if your trades value is higher then mine. Needing a battery no smaller then a Kin 1400. I'd like a Kin 1800 or higher or Batcap2000 but I am open to other brands of quality. As far as what HU I would except as trade there are way to many to list. So just send me what model # you have and we can go from there. Plz no junk and no HU made before 2006 Plz and must be in 100% working order. As I am allowing you 48 hours to test items I would expect the same.

P.S Reason for trade is due to me not being able to supply such a amp with the proper volts

so I am in need of a less power hungry amp.

Think you need to recheck your figures. Aq2200 is $389 shipped and a aq1200 $250. If i have an 1200 why would i give you $600 or anything close to that. I would just buy a brand new amp for 389 and keep my 1200 or sell it

Just dont turn it up to "2500 w" , do the big 3, or get a better batt and it wont dip at 2 ohms. a 1200 is going to do the same thing pretty much if its that bad, its not going to get any better with a smaller amp the big one actually has more reserve capitance

Duro the $600 price tag was meant to be kind of a joke. As you can see this is the FS section not the trade section. So i figured to stay within the forum rules i stated a price. I dont want $600 i dont wanna sell it. Just trade. I posted in the FS section due to the volume of people that view that section compared to the trade section.

amartin - Its not just the voltage drop issue. My original plan was for 2 2510's and wire them to a 1ohm load so the 2200 was gonne be a future proof amp. But after alot of research I would end up spending loads of cash to upgrade the elect system to support the full brunt of the 2200. So im gonna stick with my 1 2510 so I have no need at all for a amp of this power..

I am 100% against shipping first. My post count may be low but hell just in the short year I have been a member here I have seen more senior members or (post *****s) pulling fast ones and being dishonest.

As you can see I have no feedback from buying or selling audio but if you take a look at the items I have sold you would see that 75% of my transactions were for items worth more then $300. In other words I will not ship first no matter what because you want see my name in the growing list of people that sent there items only to get a big F you buy the buyer. Rep count, time on site, post count give me no more assurance that there anymore trust worthy then a guy that joined 2 mins ago.

what part of.. you don't have to run the amp at 2500 watts.. people always ask "is this amp to much for this?" No... ****ing set your gains right there isnt an issue.. whether you use the 1200 or the 2200 its going to kill your volts if it's that bad.. just keep your 2200d and L2 set gains bro.
