WTT 18" FI Q for anything car audio related

I have an 18" Fi Q that LOOKS MINT but in reality is not in working condition it got damaged in shipping and i'm assuming the top plate shifted and is misaligned causing coil rub i haven't even tried to power it on seeing as its really hard to push down with your hand and makes a really loud scraping noise i assume it needs to be realigned and reconed i dont wanna go through the trouble of doing all this so just looking for offers on it i'll entertain offers on anything car audio related thats around the same value

how about a 10 " DC audio LV4 thatz reconed and about 5 minz of test time on it its 1000 rms but if you got good electrical and power thatz clean it will take 1500 to 2000 rms no problem
