Fi owns the patents to those baskets now, not TC. Just a little FYI for those mentioning it being a 'TC cloned' basket.

TC style frame, high roll surround sewn to the cone, traditional (looking) motor design... even if we cant get that exact sub in this country, we can get extremely similar ones. Probably the only difference between that sub and similar ones sold in this country would be in motor tolerances (gap width, winding type, coil mat'l used). And to be honest, its probably identical to a sub like the Opti that we can purchase in the U.S. You certainly cant tell everything about a sub from a picture, the standard appearance may be hiding some radical motor design internally, or inferior/superior soft parts not found on an Opti, but chances are better that is pretty much the same driver to it and others sold in this market. I wouldn't get too worried about it.
