sobe3yourself, In general, the larger the motor/magnets, the more efficient the speaker is and the less power it needs to move a given amount.

You cant leave the suspension out of that equation. Most of these monster sized subs are built for SPL in a ported box, and their suspension is stiff.

what i hate is when i company stacks more than 3 spiders ontop of each other, stupid. get a stiffer spider. there is alot of friction between that many spiders and ur eff goes out the window...
