I don't think the federal gov should get involved at all...if anything it should be up to the states.
I guess this country has forgotten about Prohibition in the 1920's and what that led to.

i used to know a few people who had scales, but its not to weigh out and sell bud, its to weigh it out to make sure they were not getting ripped of by their dealers. but it sure as hell doesn't look good for your case lol

LOL I will drop it! That is interesting tho about Cali. I need to learn my state laws regarding the issue, I never keep more than 3grams on my anyways tho.

alot of cops here will turn their head on smaller ammounts of weed, and going to jail for long periods of time for possession in canada pretty much never happens. but on the flip side all our laws are pretty slack so it kinda sucks when it comes to things like murder and ****.
