Ask basebalz13 about his experience with him. He has a lawsuit against Iraggi.
yup.
ahh where to even begin... Well i purchased the alternator before last christmas and was told i would have it withing two weeks. mid feburary i finally recieved it after lies and lies of why such a delay. installed the alternator and my battery/alternator light stayed, lasted oh i dont know about 2 weeks? called and told him, (after about the 50th-60th time he finally answered and told me to send it in. 2-3 weeks later recieved the alternator back, did not even work coming out the box. sent it back in again, this time it worked out of the box and the battery/alternator light did not stay on. this one actually lasted for a good while around 4 weeks. then it quit on me called and called and called and finally got him, told me to send it back in, i did so and upon reciving it back this one did not work out of the box either, so now this is the 4th failed alternator from him all within a couple of months. got this one back and it worked, but the battery/alternator light stayed on. this one lasted i believe 2 days so now this is the 5th one and i asked for a full refund of my money because according to my state law i have to give a manufacture 2 tries to repair their product and upon failing to do so i am entitled to a refund if i choose so. he said send it back in he'll make sure to fix this one and it will last. so i sent it off, but then decided i was going to go with Mechman. so with having the alternator back i did not take it out of the box.
well i went to mechman shop one day and i took my iraggi alternator with me for him to inspect it and look at it. He put it on the Dyno machine to test it and see what its actual output was, the alt was rated for 240 max 105 idle. i cant remember what it maxed at but was no where near 240, and only did 50ish at idle. also to add to this it did not even make it off the dyno machine before failing! so then he asked to take it apart and inspect it, i said yes. he took it apart and said all the parts looked like they 100,000+ miles and the only thing he did was mess wih the delta connectors to boost the max output, but in return the idle output is affected.
so his customer service sucks, his alternators do not last, he probably goes to his local junkyard to get parts, then builds them out of his basement.
the only good thing i can honestly say is he backed up his warranty.
oh and one more thing to add, i would have to install my stock alternator when his blew because his return time was horrible, well some of the competitions that summer i was competiting with my stock alternator and i put up the same score for my burps and drive by score.
i was running around 3,000 Rms with the iraggi and 5 batteries, i experinced major voltage drop down to battery power immidatly after a note hits, with the mechman and my american bass 500.1 at .5 ohms(so 5,500+) and 3 powermaster D3100'si had very little voltag drop never went below 14.6 with the external regulator set at 15.2 volts
