You taken a look at the new iRiver H10? I'd definitly go for one of these before I went with an iPod mini. Only 20 bucks more brand new, 279.99 MSRP. It has 25% larger capacity, 50% longer battery life, color screen, voice recorder, FM tuner, FM recorder and a digital image viewer. What's the iPod mini have? sounds like one of those pyramid schemes...

go on ebay look for those refurb sealed 3rd gen that people are selling...apple cleared those out of stock a while ago and so they are on ebay...click wheel is cool and all but so are the buttons with red lights underneath...

I have a pretty much brand new 20GB Ipod. It has less than an hour of playing time and still has the plastic over it. I have everything that came with it as well, could let it go for $250 shipped.
