I can tell you it won't be cheaper than buying the same thing off eBay, but you won't have to wait for it to ship from China. $12 shipped.

I have a Stinger for cheap. The display is blue irrc. It's brand new, but out of the box. $10 plus shipping and it's yours. When I get home, I can post a pic if you're interested.

I picked up one on ebay that plugs into the cig lighter for 4.50 shipped and it reads voltage exactly as it rally is, checked multiple times with the meter hooked up and checking the batt with a fluke multimeter at the same time
